About us:
I’m Jesse Yuu Laukvik, founder of Athera Intelligence — a startup focused on detecting AI-generated, manipulated, and fake content. Our mission is to restore trust online by giving users and platforms tools to verify authenticity and fight misinformation.
Role:
We’re looking for a technical co-founder to help design, build, and scale our AI-powered detection platform. Your first task will be building a working prototype/MVP, turning early concepts into a functional system.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead development of AI/ML detection systems for images, videos, and text
- Build scalable infrastructure and pipelines for content verification
- Collaborate on product design, iteration, and roadmap
- Turn early concepts into working prototypes and production-ready systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in AI/ML, computer vision, or software engineering
- Hands-on coder who loves building and problem-solving
- Passion for truth, digital trust, and fighting misinformation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment
