I spent over 15 years helping organisations get real value from their Technology, Data, and AI programmes. At Gartner, I co-founded both the AI & ML Strategy practice and the Market Analytics practice, leading tens of engagements in technology intense industries — from platform architecture and data-driven optimisation to AI strategy, governance, and operationalization. At Nike EMEA, I led the consumer data strategy that connected data and AI initiatives to business outcomes at scale.
